Application requirements

• The application must be signed
• The representation of all interested parties is required to be electronically verifiable, that is, if an interested party acts as a representative, must be authenticated with the corresponding representative digital certificate, or, have a power of attorney for any procedure of that interested party registered in the Apodera system. It is also allowed that the interested party, authenticated by certificate digital or Cl@ve, name as representative to any person.
• Allows for applicants who are natural persons
• Allows for applications who are legal persons
• Allows for applicants who are natural persons represented by another natural person
